Sharjah Taxi was established in 2008 where it started its services with 270 vehicles. However, by 2012 it expanded to 720 vehicles. Over time, the company keeps growing and at present 1540 vehicles of Sharjah Taxi are working in UAE streets. All of its vehicles are equipped with innovative technological tools to stay in contact with the reservation and distribution center of the company.

Job Requirements For Taxi Drivers:
- Preferably, candidates with a valid GCC driving license. However, those without a driving license will not be accepted.
- Basic interaction skills in English are necessary. However, effective communication skills would be considered a plus point.
- Applicants must meet the minimum age requirements, which range from 21 to under 50 years old.
- Preference will be given to individuals holding visit visas or transferable visas.
